Rental terms

The renter must be at least 18 years old and show a valid passport or ID at pickup.
A rental day runs from the agreed pickup time until the same time the next day.
The renter is strongly advised to wear a helmet, must follow local traffic rules, and not ride on motorways, in heavy rain, or under the influence of alcohol.
The renter rides at their own risk and is responsible for damage, loss or theft of the board during the rental period, except for normal wear.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start date. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded at 50%. If we cannot provide the board you booked, you receive a full refund.
A refundable security deposit (Pint $200, Pint X $250, XR/XRC $300) is paid with the rental and refunded within 24 hours after the board is returned undamaged. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from it.
At handover we check the renter’s passport and keep a photo of it for the rental period. Delivery is only made to a hotel or residential address, to the person named on the booking.
Boards are fitted with location trackers. A board not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time, without contact from the renter, is treated as stolen and reported to the police, and the renter is liable for its full replacement value (Pint $1,050, Pint X $1,400, XR $1,800, XRC $1,900).
Late returns are charged at the daily rate for each additional day started.
