Privacy policy

1. We collect only what we need to run your rental: your name, email, phone or messaging handle, booking dates and any notes you send us.
2. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Anyway (anyway.sh), acting as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
3. At handover we take a photo of your passport to verify your identity. It is kept only for the rental period plus 30 days, then deleted. Our boards carry location trackers, used only to recover a board that is not returned.
4. We use your details only to confirm and manage your rental and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
5. We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Email us to request access to or deletion of your data.
